Back from Nova Scotia.

Tue Aug 25, 2009, 6:56 AM
Ever been someplace and just wanted to live there forever? Mahone Bay Nova Scotia Canada is just one of those places for me.

Here stores open at 8am (Well the signs say but don't be in a rush haha) and the signs say "Closes at 5 ish". Here you sit at back café gardens and the servers bring a dish of water for your dog with your morning coffee.

Buildings are built strong and after 200 years of salt air winds blasting them, they are mostly as new as when first built! The builders were ship builders. No nails used, often just wood pegs as they would with boats.

Well anyhow as much as I wanted to stay forever, I'm back home and things are just not slowing down for me at all. I'll try and draw more often and till then I'll submit a few pics of Mahone Bay, Lunenburg, and Blue Rocks. All areas quite close to each other.

If I had to ask God one question it would be "Why no pope action figures?"
If I were stuck on a dessert island with one person, I would want McGiver!
If I could draw as good as one person, I would want to draw as good as me drawing good .... gooder ... goodest .... Ahhh whatever.

You're very welcome Yuna2007.

Yuna I'm very new at both drawing and sculpture. A problem I have, mostly in sculpture, is finding a model I like with multiple views of the same pose. Quarter turns are helpful as well as close-ups of the face. If you submit a female figure (I love the latest elf face) and it's not too much of a bother, may you supply a few angle views of the figure?

Thanks for sharing your beautiful work.

NP; I'm not sure I like the style of photography, but OMG it's well done. You understand light and use it like so few others here.
Thanks for posting the pictures. They help me greatly in my learning to draw.
